Every student wants the most popular farm. Every farmer wants a super motivated, English-speaking student who is ready to start tomorrow. And the timing? By the time a student has paid for English courses, passed their tests, translated their documents and sorted their visa \u2014 they need a placement now. Not in three months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the reality of international agricultural placement. And I will not pretend otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What I can tell you is this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I know my farmers well. I have visited them, worked with them, and collected feedback from placements across many years. I know who they are \u2014 not just as employers, but as people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And every student I place, I have spoken to personally. Together with our local partners on the ground, who know these young people in their own communities, I build a picture of who they really are. Their personality, their motivation, their character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have spoken to enough people in my life to know the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
